     Transportation Title VI Plan for the City of Bisbee.

                 -   Councilmember Peter Von Gundlach would like to comment on the WW Plant job-
                     site safety and other challenges to include a power point presentation.
                 -   Council member Budge would like to thank his fellow Council Members and Mayors,
                     past and present that he has had the privilege to serve with and a recap of his seven
                     years on council.
                 -   Councilmember Conners would like to thank the outgoing Council.

1:40:30 -   6. Discussion and possible Approval of a Motion to go into Executive Session Regarding Freeport-
     McMoran Corporation's Proposals for its Renewal of the Queen Mine Tour Ground Lease and
     Associated Agreement(S). Council may vote to enter Executive Session Pursuant To A.R.S. §
     38-431.03(A)(4), to Discuss or Consult with its Attorney in order to Consider its Position and
     Instruct its Attorney Regarding Contracts that are the Subject of Negotiations.

     Johnson. This item includes possible Approval of a Motion to go into Executive Session

     Appointment, Promotion, Demotion, Dismissal, Salaries, Disciplining or Resignation of a Public
     Officer, Appointee or Employee of any Public Body.
