16:28 -     3. Discussion on the Progress of Survey Instrument Relating to Plastic Bag Ban.

 -     4. Discussion and Possible Approval of Notice of Intent to Adopt Ordinance 0-14-07, Amending
     Articles 6.2.5, 6.2.6 and 6.2.7 of the City Code by Adopting a "Low Kill" Policy with an
     Emphasis on Sterilization in Order to Address the Homeless or Unwanted Pet Population in the
     City of Bisbee and Providing for Repeal and Severability.

 -     5. Discussion and Possible Approval of the Recommendation from the Bisbee Arts Commission to
     City Council to fund a grant application Submitted by Bisbee L.E.A.P. Institute for $3,000.00,
     from the Bisbee Arts Commission Fund.

     City Council to fund a grant application Submitted by Betsy Foster Breault An Artist's Tribute to
     Bisbee Artist-George Wiley Sellers for $500.00, from the Bisbee Arts Commission Fund.

 -     7. Discussion and Possible Approval of the Recommendation from the Bisbee Arts Commission to
     City Council to fund a grant application Submitted by Central School Project- MAKE Youth Art

     Construction Manager Contract, Namely Westland Resources, Inc. for the Tintown Sanitary

     Consultant to Perform ADOT Inspections in SR-92.
